Engineering Director – Project Management
Mr. Sinka has over 30 years of experience in project management, development, construction and specialty project program experience, as well as overall project coordination. He manages projects using engineering principles and techniques which include planning and designing new production processes, producing details of specifications and outline designs, recommending modifications, and using research, analytical, conceptual and planning skills.
Mr. Sinka assists with designing, coordinating and implementing cost-effective solutions to help improve safety and reliability on projects. He continually considers the implications of issues such as cost, safety, logistics and time constraints, and is very well accustomed to working with other professionals, within and outside the engineering sector. He understands and has experience solving complex problems, making sure a project can be built reliably and will perform consistently in specified operating environments while managing client expectations in a professional manner.
Mr. Sinka coordinates the various disciplines and engineering trades to successfully take the project from inception to completion with focus and emphasis on client satisfaction. Mr. Sinka has a wide range of experience from commercial corporate interiors, new out of ground multi-family residential, financial and legal institutions including banking, private banking and trading, high rise hotels as well as big box retail and associated retail mall development.
Mr. Sinka holds a BA in Architecture from New York Institute of Technology as well as a minor in construction management.
