Engineering Director – Mechanical Engineering
As Engineering Director, Mr. Schaeperkoetter is responsible for the design, and construction administration of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection projects for both new construction and renovation projects including commercial, corporate, industrial and institutional facilities. His expertise includes site survey, analysis, cost estimates, conceptual design and review, contract document preparation, construction monitoring and commissioning. Mr. Schaeperkoetter is also responsible for the design and construction of capital improvement/equipment upgrades.
Mr. Schaeperkoetter’s experience includes Engineer and Project Manager responsible for design and construction of mechanical (HVAC, plumbing and fire protection) systems for new construction and renovations in a variety of areas. These projects include commercial office buildings, schools, postal facilities, institutional facilities (medical centers, in-patient residential care centers, and hospitals), industrial/manufacturing facilities, data-centers and telecommunications centers. These projects also include mechanical and electrical systems design and construction of various specialty and process applications such as clean room facilities, law enforcement firing ranges, and process chilled water cooling systems applications for mechanical equipment.
