Nicholas Azadian, P.E., LEED AP BD+C
Engineering Director – HVAC and Plumbing/Fire Protection
As Engineering Director, Mr. Azadian’s main focus has been delivering large scale high rise projects within the Metro New York City area. Many of the projects under his management are either LEED certified and have ranged in size from 200,000 SQFT to 2,000,000 SQFT. Mr. Azadian has also completed projects in a number of regions including NJ, CT, Washington DC as well as abroad. He has managed diverse multidiscipline teams of engineers in order to deliver these projects.
As Department Head for HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection, Mr. Azadian works both independently and with other staff engineers on various projects. He plays a role in the entire design process including preliminary assessments, concept creation, design, problem resolution and customer and vendor accessibility. He often works on several concurrent projects and will assist as a technical expert on specialized designs.
Mr. Azadian will assign and review work of the project design team, checking the progress of work and noting changes to the scope or additional services. He oversees a team of BIM Revit / CADD specialists and is instrumental in developing documents that assure compliance with company design and production standards.
