Mr. Burbano has extensive experience in the engineering analysis and design of electrical systems including service, power distribution, lighting, emergency power, controls, communications, fire alarm, and security systems. His expertise also includes the analysis and design of mechanical, plumbing and Fire protection systems for a variety of facilities/projects ranging from under 2K sf to 2.5M sq. ft. Mr. Burbano is versed on the analysis for energy conservation, system equipment selection, and life cycle cost studies. His design and management experience includes a vast range of large, multi-phase and mixed use projects of the residential, hospitality, commercial, retail, institutional and municipal type over his 40+year career. While working on these projects, Mr. Burbano supervised, and led the production of quality construction drawings from schematic design to construction document and Construction Administration phases of such projects in addition to maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction and the expansion of the client base. Mr. Burbano’s consistent leadership and marketing strategies earned him high level management positions including that of a “Principal” of three of the five firms he worked for throughout the current span of his career, including being a major contributor to the growth of the last company he worked for from a 12 to a 48 people firm and substantially increased its clientele, services, professional market share and revenue.ation of punch list items; inspection verification of as-built drawings.
