Mr. Zabolotsky’s principal areas of expertise are conceptual development and practical implementation of complex mechanical systems with vast and profound understanding and familiarity of the latest technologies and construction methods. His specific set of skills includes complete integration and seamless functionality of the facility mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and Fire Protection systems.
